Click on the UL link (top right of this page) and look at the updated UL file: new '2LF' and '130LF' types are now available, with higher solder limits temperature than before (288°C vs. 260°C) that is an advantage for lead free alloys. All finishings are available (immersion silver, gold and tin, ...). The multilayer type has now a maximum operating temperature of 130°C (much more than the previous 105°C). All your PCBs, wherever is possible, will benefit of these new improved features.
