ICS specialises in the manufacture of professional printed circuit boards:

• DOUBLE-FACED
• MULTILAYER ( up to 12 layers)   

The material used is type FR4* (UL approved). For special applications, Teflon-type materials are used (e.g. Duroid®, Cuclad®, Diclad®, etc.)

ICS, in accordance with the ANSI/IPC-A-600-G specifications (latest revision: July 2004) builds "CLASS 2" circuit boards, i.e. suitable for industry, the world of computers and telecommunications, and military applications of a non-critical nature. The CLASS 2 circuit boards are suitable for commercial and industrial products that have to guarantee high performance over a long life. The Customer Service provides the following support to the customer:

• Support by the sales staff to provide the customer with additional information both before and after product delivery.
• Technical inspections on the customer’s premises to assess the situation. The results of the tests carried out on the product are communicated to the customer in writing.
• Customer support during the entire supply cycle as well as after-sales service to ensure the following: service continuity, observance of deadlines and the agreed methods, immediate assistance following calls from the customer, solutions and documents supplied on request (activities normally carried out by the sales secretarial staff).
• Providing the customer with updated technical and/or sales information on the products they use.

*FR4: This is a rigid laminate having a substrate of woven-glass fabric and epoxy resin, coated with copper on one or both surfaces. It is used as a base for the construction of single-faced, double-faced and multilayer circuit boards and is available in a vast range of thicknesses to suit all needs.
