Pursuant to article 13 of legislative decree D.Lgs. 196/2003 containing the personal data protection code, the author, ICS , as the possessor of the processed data, states that the personal data acquired with reference to the established commercial dealings will form part of the processed data in compliance with the aforesaid standard; it also provides the following information on the aforesaid processed data:
GATHERED PERSONAL DATA
The gathered personal data essentially refer to:
- identification data (company name, headquarters, phone, fax, e-mail, tax data, etc.)
- data on economic and commercial activities (orders, solvency, banking and financial data, accounting and tax data, etc.).
The data are provided directly by you or can be gathered from third parties that are independent possessors of the processed data (for example data on contracts and orders from our network of agents and representatives, or data on financial solvency from business intelligence companies or registers, lists or databanks).
AIM OF THE DATA PROCESSING
The personal data are processed for the following purposes:
1. performing the contracts drawn up with you and the connected obligations;
2. complying with legal and fiscal obligations connected with the contractual dealings;
3. organisational management of the contract;
4. managing collection of money, payments and solvency
5. protecting contract rights;
6. internal statistical analyses;
7.marketing through the dispatch of promotional and advertising material relating to products or services that are similar to those of the current commercial transaction.
NATURE OF BESTOWAL OF DATA
Bestowing the data and processing them are required for the above purposes; consequently, refusing to supply the data for these purposes may prevent the author from conducting the contractual dealings and complying with legal requirements.
MANNER OF PROCESSING
Personal data will be processed on paper, in electronic and computerised form and will be entered into the relevant databanks (customers, suppliers, accounting), and such data can be accessed by commercial, production and accounting staff, who will therefore become acquainted with them, who are entrusted by the author with the processing of personal data and can conduct consultancy, use and processing and comparison operations and any other appropriate, even automated operation, in compliance with legal provisions designed to ensure, inter alia, the confidentiality and security of the data and the accuracy, updating and pertinence of the data in relation to the declared aims.
COMMUNICATION AND DISCLOSURE OF DATA
For the purposes indicated above the data can be disclosed to the following parties or categories of parties indicated below: transport companies and carriers for the dispatch of goods and customs formalities; banks for the management of collected funds and payments; financial administrators and other companies or public agencies in compliance with regulations; legal practices in order to safeguard contractual rights; possible external professional collaboration to comply with legal and tax obligations; agents, representatives and promoters who work on behalf of the author, free lancers and customer companies.
RIGHTS OF PARTIES CONCERNED
Pursuant to article 7 of legislative decree D.Lgs. 196/2003, you are entitled to make a direct request to the possessor of the processed data to: obtain clear and free confirmation that we are in possession of your data, obtain updates, corrections or supplements to the data and have them stopped/deleted in the event of a legal infringement or if we no longer need to hold them; oppose the processing of the data for legitimate reasons or their use for the purposes of the dispatch of advertising material, direct sales, market research, commercial communications.i.
