The Sales Management entertains relations with the customers, both for that regarding orders and also for any complaints or returns. The main control tool for the Sales Management is the Production Progress Measurement System. Thanks to the bar codes printed on the job order worksheets, read by optical readers in each department at the end of the respective processing operations, the entire production progress is monitored in real-time, allowing us to give the customer an immediate and precise response.
The Customer Service provides the following support to the customer:
- Support by the sales staff to provide the customer with additional information both before and after product delivery.
- Replacement or repair/reprocessing operations of products that cannot be properly used because of manufacturing defects. The results of the tests carried out on the product are communicated to the customer in writing.
- Customer support during the entire supply cycle as well as after-sales service to ensure the following: service continuity, observance of deadlines and the agreed methods, immediate assistance following calls from the customer, solutions and documents supplied on request (activities normally carried out by the sales secretarial staff).
- Providing the customer with updated technical and/or sales information on the products they use.
