Metallization is used to prepare the hole wall for the subsequent copper coating, which guarantees electrical conduction between the two external faces or between well-defined areas of the inner layers.

ICS has a horizontal metallization line which makes use of the Mac Dermid Black Hole^® proprietary procedure.   

The line parameters are kept under control with analyses and tests that are repeated several times a day.
